Wayfinding for plants and industrial complexes
An industrial complex means halls, warehouses, loading docks and zones visitors should not enter. AddNavi guides drivers and visitors along designated routes, avoids restricted zones and takes the load off the gatehouse.
Visitor and driver traffic on industrial sites
Safety on site
Visitors and drivers outside designated zones are a health and safety risk.
Drivers looking for docks
Circling the site in search of the right dock and warehouse.
The gatehouse as an information desk
The gatehouse and security spend a lot of time giving directions.
New employees
On a large site, new people take a long time to learn where everything is.
Drivers from abroad
Many drivers do not speak Polish, so the gatehouse ends up explaining the way with gestures.
Changes on site
New warehouses, works and detours change the way to the dock, and the signs fall behind.
Drivers get the route to their dock at the gate, and the route avoids zones they should not enter.
Routes for drivers and visitors that bypass restricted zones
Kiosk at the gate
The driver or visitor picks a dock, warehouse, building or person.
Designated route
The system guides across the site and through buildings, avoiding restricted and staff-only zones.
Route on the phone
A QR code moves the route to the phone, which guides onwards between buildings.
Wayfinding features for industrial sites
Avoiding restricted zones
Drivers are routed along vehicle roads and visitors along footpaths. Routes skip restricted and staff-only zones.
Site and buildings
One route from the gate across the site to a hall, dock or office.
Outdoor kiosks
Weather- and vandal-resistant, with a screen readable in full sunlight. They stand at the gate and entrance.
Multiple languages
Languages chosen for the drivers and visitors who come to the site.
BLE positioning
The phone’s position determined from beacons.
Addictive ecosystem
One kiosk can combine wayfinding with other Addictive services.
Kiosks at the gate and across the site
A wide range of kiosks and turnkey designs that blend into the site’s architecture and visual identity.

Questions about wayfinding on industrial sites
Can drivers get the route to their dock from the delivery booking system?
Yes. With the delivery booking system integrated, drivers enter their booking number at the gate and get the route to the assigned dock.
Is a driver’s route different from a visitor’s?
Yes. Drivers are routed along vehicle roads and visitors along footpaths. Both routes skip restricted zones.
Can the kiosk at the gate show health and safety rules?
Yes. Before entry, the kiosk can show the rules for moving around the site and the health and safety instructions.
Do the kiosks work outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor kiosks are weather- and vandal-resistant, and their screens are readable in full sunlight.
Which languages does AddNavi support?
The languages of the drivers and visitors who come to the site. The set of languages is agreed during deployment.
Can the data stay on the site’s own servers?
As standard, AddNavi runs in the Addictive cloud within the EU. For organisations with specific requirements, the system can be installed on their own infrastructure.
